The Weimaraner is a silver-greybreed of dog that was developed originally in early 19th century for hunting. Early Weimaraners were used by royalty for hunting large game, such as boar, bears, deer, and foxes. As the sports popularity decreased, they were then used for hunting smaller animals, such as fowl, rabbits, & foxes. It is noted for being an all gun dog.
